To be a competent plastic mould supplier and  part  supplier to a plastic market,it is necessary to have many kinds of technology documents in the company started from design stage to manufacturing stage and plastic mould transfer finally.Briefly,technology documents include the documents for tool maker and customer.

The technology documents for tool maker normally have:

1)Tooling standard

2)check list for pre-design

3)check list for full design

4)tryout check list

5)plastic mould validation and acceptance check list

The technology documents for customer normally have:

1)Drawing(assembly,details and hot runner system)

2)Procedure  maintenance of tools(if necessary)

3)Procedure of plastic mould assembly and disassembly(if necessary)

4)Spare parts list

5)steel certificate,heat treatment certificate

6)tool measurement report(if necessary)

Tooling standard is developed by each company.This is property of  our company only and may information included in this documents is transmitted strictly confidentially to the plastic mould maker.It shall not be passed to the third part.

All kinds of check lists are made in order to monitor the plastic mould design and manufacturing quality as customer requests.They will be documented during the each stage of plastic mould making.Use the design checklist as a guide to ensure all aspects of the design are covered.

The technology documents for customer will be provided by plastic mould maker as per customer reuqest.They are also confidental property between customer and plastic mould maker.Normally,when the plastic mould is transferred to customer,there documents are attached with the plastic mould.
