when we complete the plastic mold,we need trial by ourselves,then we can evaluate if the plastic function works well,such as ejection system,injection system and cores system etc.also we can evaluate the quality of plastic samples and plastic mold by injection parameters,here list some items for reference:
♦Is the plastic mold face from corrosion?
♦Is the plastic mold clean?
♦Is material and hardness of plastic mold componet correct as request?
♦Does ejection system move full stroke at injection and ejection diretions?
♦Does ejection have noise when moving?
♦Is the ejection pressure OK as request?
♦Is lifter shaft rod in good location and guidance?
♦Does lifter have anti-rotation?
♦Do angle pins have anti-rotation?
♦Does angle location plate fitting well?
♦Does parting line fitting well?
♦Does slide work in correct position of injection and ejection direction?
♦Are wear plate present on the slides?
♦Is guide pin long enough to protect inside of plastic mold?
♦One guide pin in offset?
♦Do handling holes realized on all plastic mold plates as designed?
♦Is there adequate wenting on the plastic mold?
♦Does the plastic mold lifting square
♦Does injection system work well?Hot runner drawings are availbable if applicable?
♦Does Hydraulic system work well if applicable?
